19 hours per week - can be worked over three or more days, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30-17:00

SALARY:
£11, ,258 per annum for 19 hours per week (Grade NN4a-c)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to support the growth and delivery our volunteer engagement at St Catherine's Hospice.

Your experience of recruiting, training and engaging volunteers will be invaluable, as you'll provide expert advice and guidance to employees at all stages of supporting our volunteers.

You'll join our small and dedicated team working to support and develop volunteering across all areas of the charity.

With over 800 individuals giving their time, volunteers are a vital part of St Catherine's, and our strategy sets out the aspiration of embedding best practice in all we do.

Whilst it is not yet a requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, we encourage all applicants to be fully vaccinated as this may be a requirement of the role going forward.

We are located in Malthouse Road, Crawley, West Sussex, which is within commuting distance from Brighton and London and just a 5-minute walk from Crawley railway station.

In Autumn of 2023 we will be relocating to Pease Pottage where this role will then be based.
