An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our fast growing team at Alistre Lodge in our 43 bedroom Nursing/residential home.

As a Housekeeper/Cleaner at Alistre Lodge, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support.

Being a part of housekeeping staff, you'll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.

The Housekeeper/Cleaner role demands excellent attention to detail, but we'll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best.

Put simply, you'll help to make your care home a shining example of a high quality care environment.

Could you be our new Housekeeper/Cleaner?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised.
• Dependable, able to work under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.
• A caring nature and good communication skills are important as you'll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.
• Will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards.
• Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.
• Should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude.
• Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described.
• Will be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

As Housekeeper/Cleaner you will establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, visitors and other individuals visiting or working in the home.

You will be required to represent as an honest, knowledgably and meticulous ambassador.

*What we offer: We are looking for someone 5 days a week 35 hour contract
