Cloud Administrator (Tier 2)

Fully remote
This fully remote role offers attractive salary of up to £35,000 and benefits.

In your first few weeks in this Cloud Engineer role, you can expect to:

  • Acting as a point of escalation for Tier 1 issues
  • Monitoring the Tier 2 escalation queue
  • Handling customer solution issues
  • Closing service desk tickets and escalating issues,
  • Talk to clients through series of actions via phone, chat, until they've solved a technical issue
  • Demonstrable experience in 2
nd
line support

  • Experience in monitoring, patching, change and escalations
  • Experience onboarding new customers
  • Exceptional Administration skills
  • App Virtualisation (RDS, AVD, Citrix etc) skills
  • Active Directory skills
  • PowerShell skills
This role will also involve participation in an on call rota where you will receive an on-call overtime payment.


In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 and benefits package, including private health & dental care, a global bonus scheme and 28 days annual leave.
