About Walton Manor:

Our home, designed for peace and comfort, accommodates up to 47 residents.

We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we care for, supported by exceptional staff in a beautifully maintained setting.

Walton Manor, a Grade II listed manor house, is surrounded by mature gardens and offers a library and hairdressing salon, stunning gardens and a large sunroom/conservatory, community-focused lounges and dining areas


About the role:
As a care home administrator, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality customer service - this pivotal role involves:

  • Administration support and maintaining records
  • Maintaining records and keeping them up to date
  • Supporting the home management with a full range of admin activities to assist in the smooth running of the home
  • Welcome and assist visitors, residents, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional admin service in person and over the phone, addressing queries or directing them to the appropriate person.

About you:
In order to be considered as a Care Home administrator with us, you will need:

  • To embody our values of teamwork, care, integrity, and respect.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience within an admin role
  • Strong IT and organisation Skills
