Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, drive sales, and ensure outstanding service delivery.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
Skills:
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Salary:
From £24,712.03 per year
