This role is based in Wolverhampton and has a hybrid working pattern - 1-2 days per week visit to the office following on-site training.
Working within the Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the administration and completion of a UK payroll working with third party suppliers and the wider HR population;
Ensure successful delivery of payroll services for the UK;
Oversee offshore end to end payroll activities;
Support, guide and advise offshore payroll team;
Support HR activities such as bonus, pay review, tupe due diligence requirements;
Handle business escalations;
Support finance with regard to general ledger queries;
Complex tasks such as tupe transfer and pension auto-enrolment;
Support debt with both offshore payroll team and third party;
Raising out of cycle advance payments.

Minimum of 5 years payroll experience preferred;
HMRC statutory knowledge, SMP, SSP, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
Ability to work unsupervised;
Flexible to the company needs;
Aptitude for learning new skills;
Ability to communicate at all levels;
Autonomy, Responsibility and Authority:
Work under broad direction; take responsibility for work performed;
Influence:
Provide advice and guidance on specialist matters; may supervise the work of others;
Essential Skills:
Take a structured and effective approach to own work; ability to analyse, diagnose, execute and evaluate work to time, exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment; able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, customers, and colleagues;
Knowledge and Scope of Expertise:
Have a clear understanding of payroll procedures; Empathy towards our clients is crucial;
Learning and Development:
Take initiative to keep skills up to date and maintain awareness.
