    Description
    Job Summary:
    Run Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management and NEC contracts, and will be responsible for managing costs and budget in line with the NEC contract.

    The successful candidate will work on various highways and infrastructure schemes, providing commercial support to the engineering staff and raising early warning notices and compensation events. They will also be responsible for forecasting and managing CVR's, and will have a strong understanding of NEC contracts.

    We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare and pension scheme.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing costs and budget in line with the NEC contract
    • Providing commercial support to the engineering staff
    • Raising early warning notices and compensation events
    • Forecasting and managing CVR's
