SERVICE ADVISOR

The Company
This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a high performing, expanding multi-million-pound business.

HPL Motors is a used car supermarket that has been running for 30 years, and we are always growing and learning.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting customers with their bookings both over the phone and in person
To liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
To work alongside workshop staff
To handle enquiries from customers and advise on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles
To act as a liaison between customers and mechanics and relay information about work done to the vehicles
To offer customers additional products and services
Administrative duties such as updating and managing the diary and the courtesy cars
To identify and order parts

Salary
- £25,000 pro rata

OTE £32,000

Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
Must be confident communicating with customers both over the phone and in person
We are looking for someone who can get to grips with processes, products and services quickly
Must have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential
