Description
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to participate in our Sales and Management Trainee program. This comprehensive program is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development opportunities in both sales and management roles.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Gain handson experience by working in different departments to understand their functions and roles.
  • Shadow and support experienced sales representatives in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Assist with sales activities such as prospecting and customer relationship management

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate for career advancement opportunities.

Salary:
From £25,618.18 per year
