  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to join SECAMB on a 12month fixed term or secondment opportunity and lead on the introduction and implementation of the recently mandated Patient Safety Incident Reporting Framework (PSIRF). Over the 12 months you will make a positive impact on the way we manage all patient safety incidents influencing the way we learn, we change and the way we work with our partners and commissioners. _
  • As a system influencer, who thrived on being a positive change agent you will work very closely with our Head of Patient Safety and Deputy Director of QI to embed a learning culture that is patient focused and supports staff in all aspects of achieving this. This is a hybrid role based at Nexus House, Crawley but requiring some travel between sites and working from home. _
  • Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Quality & Nursing, working to the Executive Director of Quality & Nursing and bridging across all other Directorates including the Medical Directorate, we are looking for someone who can share their passion, vision and work ethic, to make a real, positive impact on our service users and on our colleagues. _
  • Interview will be held on Tuesday 7th February 2023, in person_
