Our client, are looking for an accountant / bookkeeper to join their expanding team based in Newtownards (3 minute drive from Carryduff).

Hours & Rate of pay:


  • Monday
  • Friday, 8.30am 5pm
  • Hours can be negotiated to suit the needs of your lifestyle and commitments.
  • Between £10 £11 depending on experience
  • Holiday pay
included


Job Duties:


Finance -

  • Invoicing
  • Purchases
  • Credit control
  • Preparing supplier payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Use of SAGE (all training provided)

Admin -

  • Updating job records
  • Filing paperwork away
  • Trader Support (full training will be provided)
  • Answering the phone

Required:


  • Minimum 1 years' in accountancy / bookkeeping
  • Minimum 1 years' in administration and customer service
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines
  • Experience in invoicing and credit control
  • Strong communication skills

Driving license would be essential due to the location._


Desirable:


  • Previous experience using SAGE, not essential however would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in Trader support.
