    Job Description:

    Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited's energy division is seeking an experienced Site / Access Liaison Officer to join their Energy Transmission Team.

    To maintain a collaborative working environment that ensures client, internal, and other stakeholders' requirements are effectively managed. Building and maintaining relationships between KISL and clients supports the business in accordance with future growth plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Involvement in day-to-day project operations to agree access onto private land, maintaining client and landowner relationships.
    • Liaising and confirming accommodation works requirements on projects, including access road installation/upgrades, temporary roads, land drainage, fencing, and work area preparation.
    • Collaborating with the Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited Project delivery team and other project subcontractors/subcontract consultancy teams to ensure landowners' requirements are communicated and managed during construction works.
    • Resolving landowners' and clients' complaints and defects, providing landowner and agricultural advice to project staff and consultants as needed.
    • Corresponding with land agents, landowners, local authorities, associated works contractors, etc., and preparing notices and formalities for entry onto private land.
    • Attending site meetings prior to works commencing to agree access for works to be undertaken and conducting daily site visits to ensure works are compliant with landowners' requirements.
    • Carrying out utility searches.
    • Assisting in providing regular client update reports and attending scheme progress meetings as required.
    • Preparing notice plans, access plans, and Schedules of Works.

    Requirements:

    • Awareness of agriculture legislation, policy, and best practice guidance across various areas, including agricultural, drainage, and soil assessment/management.
    • Knowledge and understanding of agricultural operations, land drainage, environmental policies/schemes would be beneficial.
    • Previous experience working on large cross-country infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
    • Experience working with numerous landowners simultaneously.
    • Organized and able to manage a varied/busy workload.
    • Excellent communication skills and credibility with landowners.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
