A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full/part time Linen Porter to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.


The Role:


  • To ensure the housekeeping, spa and food and beverage department are supplied with specified linen products
  • Count in linen deliveries and manage linen stock by counting all linen to be sent away for laundering and in house stock
  • Assist housekeeping staff by; strip beds and remove all used linen and towels from guest bedrooms
  • Follow health and safety procedures closely at all times particularly pertaining to manual handling
  • Assist in laundry, restock housekeeping pantries and food and beverage and spa storages

The Person:


  • Reliable and a good timekeeper
  • Ability to prioritise workload and follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lives locally or has a driving licence and able to travel
  • Must be willing to work weekends
