Oxford Landscapes Ltd has been running since 1979 and we are recruiting to add the right person to our ever growing team.

Our clients include the Oxford University, businesses, residential sites, private gardens and private estates.

Due to the company expanding we are looking for experienced gardeners to join our team.

You will lead a small team with a fully equipped vehicle on our residential sites, some private gardens, and the famous Oxford College gardens.
Your main duties will include: Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance and general garden work as required
You will be required to ensure that all sites and external areas are maintained to an exceptional and reputable standard
General ground maintenance duties using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery.
Driving company vehicles, ensuring they are kept in full tact and any maintenance issues are reported in a prompt manner.
Making sure tools and equipment are looked after and well maintained.
You will be dealing with clients on a regular basis and organising summaries and scheduling of work

Qualifications:

Passion for Horticulture/Gardening
Good plant knowledge
Be able to train, motivate and educate staff.
Experience on all garden machinery.
Great communication skills and customer service
Experience working for a landscaping or gardening company.
UK Driving license
A PA1 & PA6 spraying license
Have a basic understanding of mobile phone technology to ensure that work activity is properly recorded.

Job Types:

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
