Estimator / VDA Required in Reading
Up To £45,000 Flat Salary

Monday

Friday Working Hours, 7.30am 5pm ONLY
Well-Established Accident Repair Bodyshop With Fantastic Benefits Including 25 Days Holiday.

We are in search of a Estimator / VDA to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop in the Reading area. Our Client is part of a large network of Accident Repair sites across the South East.

They are looking for an experienced Estimator / VDA to join their team and hit the ground running during a period where the work is non-stop and is only looking to carry on and continue in this way into the winter months

Our Client does require the Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to have previous experience within an Accident Repair Bodyshop environment, be comfortable with Audatex, and preferably ATA accreditations (but not essential).

Our client is offering the successful Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator:

Up to £45,000 Flat Salary

Monday
to Friday Working Hours

No Weekends
Overtime is Available

Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator:

Providing estimates in a timely and costly manager to achieve kpi's
Maintaining thorough and uptodate product knowledge.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

What our Client expects of their Estimator / VDA:

Audatex Experience Required
Quality Awareness
Communication Skills
Multi-Tasking
ATA would be advantageous but not essential.
