Job description
Millwright is responsible and accountable for the installation and maintenance of the plant's production machinery.

Requirement
Proven experience of minimum 3 years in the position

Programmable Logic Controller experience

Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge

Reading and Interpreting electrical and mechanical technical diagrams, electrical circuit diagrams

Must be knowledgeable of health and safety compliance issues in the manufacturing environment

Minimum Qualifications

Technical diploma/degree in millwright
Trade test certificate

Experience

Preventative maintenance
Inspecting electrical components
Identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
Assembling and installing conveyors, motors, power inventor and load reactors
Assembling machinery and bolts, welds, rivets and fastening them on foundation or other structures using hand and power tools
Repairing and lubricating machinery and equipment
Panel inspection
Moving machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks
Conducting risk assessments
Tools inspection and selection for various tasks
Generating electrical/mechanical design documents
