**Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Rhymney/Tredegar area.


Hours of Work:

Working Days regular 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Thursday (early finish on Fridays)


Duties:


  • Creating contracts and creating service orders
  • General admin and data entry.
  • Dealing with calls via telephone from customers who are chasing delivery of product
  • Delivering good levels of customer service to customers and suppliers.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience within a similar role or transferable skillset
  • Self-Starter who can work as part of a team or lone working
  • Problem solver who can react to any problems/trouble shooting
  • Excellent communication skills, tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
**Job Type:
  • Full-time
**Salary:
  • From £9.62 per hour
**Schedule: **8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Overtime

**Supplemental pay types: **Bonus scheme
Commission pay
