Job Summary:

Macdonald & Company have been instructed by their client, based on the South Coast to source a Head of Property Management.

They are very well regarded in the South West of the UK and invest across multiple asset classes with a focus on; Industrial, Retail Parks and Offices.

The position will have ultimate responsibility to ensure the Property Management team is delivering in respect of the following:

Ensuring the Estates are presented to the highest standard with regular site inspections and collaboration/direction of the Property Team.
Management of Landlord and Tenant responsibilities across the portfolio
Property Management records

You will work with the Finance Director in providing intelligence to facilitate the updating of Company cashflow forecasting dash boards and other data for reporting, including all lease events such as;
