Procurement Administrator
Temporary contract until 31st January 2024

£ £13.79 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours Monday - Friday:

Hybrid working: 3 days on site and 2 days WFH

We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to work for a leading global company based in Dunstable.

Are you organised with a methodical approach to completing tasks? Do you have strong attention to detail? Do you have proven experience within an administrative role?


Responsibilities:

Procurement Administrator:


  • Submit and validate supplier requests
  • Validate and distribute purchase requisitions
  • Create and follow up purchase orders
  • Onboarding new suppliers on system
  • Maintain and validate master data such as price lists and other source to pay related data
  • Process and solve the issues received through the system

Skills / Attributes:
Procurement Administrator


  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of using SAP or a CRM
  • Strong administration skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
£13.26-£13.79 per hour
