About the company and role:


I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of mine is a new recruitment push for their thriving practice My client are Healthcare specialists, but also work on Education, Mixed Use and Residential projects too, ranging from £500,000 up to £170Million in value.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistants:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified with at least your Part 1 year out industry exposure.
  • Excellent Revit skills with live project experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Design flare and good technical abilities.
  • Previous Commercial sector exposure would be desirable.
  • A good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Support the Senior staff in the team throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Work within project deadlines whilst still maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Communicate with your design team, clients, and contractors.
  • Work as part of a medium team, assisting on the development of design proposals.
