Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing orders / production levels using Google Sheets
  • Assist with issuance of invoices / delivery notes via the Xero accounting system
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as employee files and tracking holidays / absence
  • Assist with stockcontrol and ordering of supplies
  • Assist with handling customer enquiries
  • Assist with daytoday administration tasks
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
  • Assist with data entry and filing

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Xero accounting and Google Drive
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bonus: experience in HR

Salary
- £24,000 per year, pro-rata (full time = 40 hrs per week)

This is a part-time, flexible position. We are looking for someone to regularly work 16-32 hours per week, with capacity for more on occasion.
