What you'll do:
As a growing business, we're currently looking to scale up our Digital transformation to deliver on a five year strategy to turn over £1.5bn.
Accordingly, we need someone with strong organisational ability, who has experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or a similar change focused role.
Someone who can communicate really well, challenge and deliver.Day-to-day
Mucking in. Play an active role in all SCRUM events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos and retros.
Building relationships. Working with your stakeholders to define product road maps and growth opportunities.
Managing and developing. Being at the forefront of the product requirements whilst providing direction to the Agile Development Team and stakeholders throughout the project and the product life cycle
Taking the lead. Planning of product releases and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionality.
What you'll bring:
Knowledge - Ideally you already have experience of Agile process and principles even if not within the IT space.
Drive and Motivation - You are results driven. You take ownership for completing tasks and getting the job done. You can take the lead, demonstrate good initiative and sound decision making.
