Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns

Requirements:


  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus

Expected hours: 32 per week
