Job Summary:
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and meetings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus
