Full Time Mon-Fri

The Role:

Assembly of cables to Customers Specifications / Drawing whilst maintaining a high level of Quality and building efficiently. Reports to the Cell Leader.

Key Objectives:

Assembling of units to the required Customer / IEW build standard.
Working in an efficient manner, adhering to health & safety procedures
Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality.
Ability to work to deadlines.

Skills and Competencies required:

Ability to read and understand Customer Drawings and build instructions.
Experienced in soldering and crimping.
Willingness to learn new skills and take charge of your own personal development.
Flexibility.
Strong communication skills
Able to use measuring tools with a great attention to detail.
Be a good team player with team building.

Areas of focus:

Cable assembly with a variety of D connectors, solder connectors, crimped connectors.
Familiarity with
_Fischer, Molex, Lemo, Binder, Hartin, Amphenol connectors_ advantageous.
Quality is of paramount importance. Training is provided for specific requirements.
