Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join their team in Stafford.


Ideally, our clients are looking for a Lettings Branch Manager who has the following attributes:

  • Highly experienced in Lettings
  • Able to motivate a team
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Full UK driver's license

Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing the Lettings Team
  • Setting KPIs for the team
  • Undertaking team meetings
  • Help grow the business
  • Liaising between Landlords and buyers

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Branch Manager:

  • £20,000
  • £26,000 basic
- £45,000 OTE

  • Company car

  • Full time
