Description
**Contracts Manager needed for an immediate start


Location:
Oxfordshire


Length: 3 months temporary - ongoing


Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the procurement and management of supplier contracts
  • Monitoring performance\finance, dispute resolution and establishing and nurturing effective working relationships
  • Responding to complaints, requests and providing general information, ensuring appropriate legal advice is sought where any contractual or risk issue warrants it
  • Working closely with Operational Hard and Soft FM Managers in preparing service specific specifications
  • Establishing robust procurement management procedures; ensuring that appropriate technical approval of specifications are obtained
  • Developing and progressing Key Performance Indicators to measure and report the performance of suppliers contracted to carry out estates and facilities services

Requirements:


  • You must have excellent knowledge of all aspects of contract management and procurement
  • Please note a DBS check will be required for this position
