Are you a Lettings Negotiator looking to join an independent Estate Agent in Watford High Street? This is a very exciting opportunity to join the owners who have a wealth of experience.


They are seeking a Lettings Negotiator, not necessarily with experience, someone new to the industry would be considered, as would someone currently in agency with local market knowledge.

You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as wellas a brilliant career progression pathway.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £18,000
  • £20,000
  • OTE £28,000 £35,000
  • Mon to Thurs 9am6.30pm Fri 9am6pm Every other Saturday 9am4pm

The skills required for the Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Lettings experience preferred but not essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Well spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • An excellent team player
  • Be target driven with a proven track record of achievement
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
