Description

We are currently looking for several Labour Coordinators to work at our Peterborough branch.

As a Labour Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for our temporary workers.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

working alongside Resourcers to ensure daily requirements have been filled

- working alongside Transport Coordinators to ensure the smooth process
- scheduling rotas for our temporary workers (shift timings, location, PPE etc)
- provide guidance and support to the workers

Note:
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
You will be paid weekly.

You will also be entitled to our commission scheme, extra pay for every shift filled.

Recruitment experience is ideal but not required.
