Sales Operations - Full time - London - 3 days a week in the office - £25,000-£26,000 plus bonuses

What are we looking for??


Our Sales Team manages the employment experience for hundreds of Consultants across some of the most prestigious companies in the world.

We are growing considerably and looking for new starters to improve the way we communicate with clients and staff, automatingprocesses, presenting reports, ensuring accuracy and generally being helpful to many layers of our organisation.

Roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with individual Sales teams to manage consultant project extensions and communication with Client Managers
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the client and Sparta Global Compliance to create managed timelines for work proposals
  • Become the central point of control for client contract engagement to enable accurate forecasting of extensions and consultant support
  • Work with existing deployed Spartans to identify new sales leads and meet client projected targets
  • Scope new project work: demonstrating the ability to identify the opportunity; work in support of this with account manager to put the proposal together, scope the opportunity and staff requirements
  • Use existing or new contacts at client site to facilitate new service line campaigns on site meetings stand up

  • See Salesforce entries are managed accurately throughout all stages ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Work with Account team and the client to ensure they are satisfied, optimising any potential project extensions, and maintaining client relationships
  • Ensure all meeting documents (sales decks etc.) are prepared in a timely fashion for client meetings
  • Strong understanding of our brand and services offered, acting as a brand ambassador for company events and supporting the creation of marketing content
