    At Ponderosa Management LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Acceleration Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and contribute to the growth of our organization.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and regulatory environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth from existing and new clients.

    We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

    This role requires close collaboration with sales leadership, business line heads, product leads, and marketing teams to develop and execute client-specific account plans. You will leverage CRM systems to proactively initiate communication and coordination across segments to drive selling efforts.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and associations as necessary.

    In addition to your sales expertise, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client challenges and opportunities.
