Our client is delighted to be recruiting for a number of Production Operatives to join the busy team.

Shifts:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (1 hour break)

Hourly rate:
£10.50

Our client is a well-known company, and in this role you will be working in a busy production/repair facility where you will be repairing and manufacturing wooden materials.

Main duties:

Inspecting and making the decision to repair or recycle
Repairing, using a variety of hand tools including the use of a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw
General production and warehouse duties
Ensuring all machinery is operated in accordance with safe operating procedures
Adhering to strict health and safety rules and regulations
Occasionally working as a 3.5T driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of goods to a variety of customers from our two depots within the North East.

(Please note this position requires the following:
To hold the correct category on driving licence, have no more than 6 penalty points, and over the age of 25 years - for company insurance policy).

This is a very labour-heavy role, heavy lifting is a must, so a good level of fitness is needed. No experience needed as you will be trained to use a variety of hand tools/machines within the operation.

From £10.50 per hour
