We're looking for a Payment Allocation Analyst to join us in Bradford on a full-time permanent basis


The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for allocating all payments made from our business customers within the agreed time frames.

You will part of a team of 7 who will divide these responsibilities on a continual basis to allow individuals to havedesired level of skills and knowledge across the whole spectrum.


What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of business payments that are on your report
  • Obtain correct allocation details, working closely with VMUK collections team and the customers direct.
  • Prepare payment batches for posting
  • Investigate missing payments and allocate correctly
  • Prepare customer refunds
  • Correct allocation of deposit payments
  • To continuously review current processes, identifying improvements and working to make necessary changes that will positively impact the team.
  • To provide support to the wider business team and stakeholders for any business payment related queries.
  • To investigate suspense items and ensure suspense figure is kept within the agreed KPI.
