Must be willing to travel to schemes across Greater Manchester
A well-established Social Housing Contractor seek to appoint a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

They specialise in refurbishments, both internal and external, to Social Housing properties throughout the region.

Current schemes include external refurbishment to high rise tower blocks, aswell as internal refurbishments to low rises. Experience within fire protection works, or external works to high rises would be advantageous. However, experience managing any plannedSocial Housing refurbishment schemes will be considered.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your duties will be:

Requisition of materials
Managing subcontractors
Issuing subcontractor short term programmes
Holding regular progress meetings
Updating the construction programme
Managing trades/labour on site
Checking the quality of all plant on site
Managing H&S on site
Attending monthly cost meetings
Client liaison
A trade background
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
A stable and progressive career history
