Description
Blue A Ltd are looking for an experienced P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to work in London and surrounding areas.

This is a full time position.

Company car and tablet provided.

Ideally applicants will be local to Watford and North/West London or, within a 1 hour drive from WD25 at maximum.

Fast paced environment with strict timescales and deadlines to work to.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Carrying out asbestos condition checks
  • Completing various survey types to commercial, industrial and housing
  • Producing reports and providing asbestos management plans
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulations

Essential Requirements:


  • Qualified in BOHS P40
  • Prepared to commute to and from jobs in the South/East
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid UK driving licence (manual) and ability to travel

Ideal Requirements:


  • Knowledge and experience using TEAMs software for surveying (Mark One)
