Manchetts Rescue and Recovery is looking to extend its team further and is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team in Burwell, Cambs.


Key duties include

  • Answering calls
  • Filing, photocopying
  • Mailshots
  • Dealing with post
  • Office supplies and stationary ordering
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as set by the management team.
  • Administration of company fuel cards
  • Ordering and control of employee PPE
  • Chasing missing invoices
  • Dealing with employee expense claims
  • General office administration duties
- be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- work well as part of a team but have the ability to work on your own initiative.
- be able to provide quality customer service to the management team, colleagues, and customers.
- be able to communicate positively and assertively in what can be a busy working environment.
- have excellent time management and organisational skills.
- excellent numeracy and analytical skills with competency in dealing with financial information.
- have the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- have the ability to work under pressure in a calm and methodical way during busy periods.
- have a 'can do' attitude to the job.
- ideally have a basic knowledge from within the motoring industry but not essential


Terms and Conditions

  • Pay:
Competitive, depending on knowledge, skills and experience

  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon
  • Fri 9.00am 5.00pm with 30minute unpaid lunch break
  • Free parking on site
