We are delighted to be supporting a well established business based in Newtown with their recruitment of a HR Administrator to join their HR team.
The duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator will have: - Working closely with the HR managers.
- Providing administrative support to the organisation in all areas of HR.
- Assisting with the recruitment process.
- Assuming responsibility for the onboarding and induction processes.
- Ensuring the HR database in accurate and up to date.
- Strong communication skills.
- Robust and capable of working autonomously.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
