Head of Brand & PR (Interim) | Hyper-Growth Enterprise Software | EMEA (remote)

Key stakeholders/teams for the role:

CMO, product, product marketing, demand generation, customer success.


Role


PR/Comms - working alongside the Director Brand & PR and our global PR agency partner to activate our PR programme for 2023 Q1 & Q- Responsibilities will include managing review and approval process for PR story lines, releases, copy.


  • Reporting/measurement
  • Setting up PR campaigns in SFDC, coordinating UTMs and tracking with agency
  • Managing approval process between agency, product, Director and CMO as needed
  • Helping to manage our spokespeople programme
  • Help to manage our joint customer marketing programme to utilise case studies and content for PR, website, social purposes.
  • Blog work with the website content/performance manager to align our blog topics to our core messaging and themes

Social media
- manage social calendar and feedback, approval of weekly social posts

  • Contribute to creative ideas and innovation of our platforms and keep a pulse on what works well/what doesn't
  • Manage the reporting and weekly reviews with agency and implement recommendations to grow our following and engagement
  • Launch Instagram channel with agency

Events

  • Support Director with our all All Hands event in March with what is needed from Brand and PR
  • Support Director, Brand & PR to coordinate all events virtual, in person and third party
  • Work with Director on developing keynote and speaker content for events that aligns to our messaging house and core thought leadership topics and themes

Ad-hoc

  • Support with launch of new products and comms around this
  • Support with sales enablement initiatives and content
  • Support with creating google slide templates for presentations, speaker opportunities
  • Support with campaign set up and tracking in Salesforce

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing/comms experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated PR/Comms campaigns
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Experience managing website content (CMS), blog content and social channels, google analytics and social channel analytics.
  • Experience managing events virtual, in person, trade shows etc
  • Experience reporting, measuring and optimising campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish objectives and evaluate results
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and comms best practices
  • Preferred experience or understanding of content syndication and Paid PR sponsorship opportunities and advertorials.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Framer or CMS experience (no coding experience required)

£200 - £300
