Are you a strong HR generalist ? with experience of Implementation / Management of ADP
This role is part of Select Care Group Management Solutions supporting a number of companies in the healthcare sector with their HR & recruitment needs.
Required Attributes:
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 or higher
- Established, handson experience in a generalist HR position including recruitment.
- Strong transactional background, ideally with policy & process development experience.
- Confident and professional demeanour, with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HR systems.
- Experience working in a multisite or Healthcare environment highly advantageous.
- A positive, cando attitude and ability to hit the ground running and take control and deal with difficult/challenging and complex situations.
- Driving Licence will be advantageous as their will be regional travel to our services
