Salary £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Senior HR Advisor - permanent position

Location - BLACKBURN, Regent Street, BB1 6BH

Are you a strong HR generalist ? with experience of Implementation / Management of ADP


This role is part of Select Care Group Management Solutions supporting a number of companies in the healthcare sector with their HR & recruitment needs.

Required Attributes:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 or higher
  • Established, handson experience in a generalist HR position including recruitment.
  • Strong transactional background, ideally with policy & process development experience.
  • Confident and professional demeanour, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR systems.
  • Experience working in a multisite or Healthcare environment highly advantageous.
  • A positive, cando attitude and ability to hit the ground running and take control and deal with difficult/challenging and complex situations.
  • Driving Licence will be advantageous as their will be regional travel to our services
