Zone Contractors Limited are an experienced supplier to the main contractors and clients of the civil engineering and construction sectors.


We are currently recruiting for the below role:

Recruitment Resourcers (Full-Time Permanent) to join our Head Office Team in Erdington, Birmingham area.


As a recruitment Resourcer your role would be to provide ongoing support to the Operations Managers in their day-to-day management of contracts.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Operations Managers to manage the day to day running of contracts;
  • Assisting in the resourcing and onboarding of workers;
  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications;
  • Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference;
  • Conducting vetting and reference checks;
  • Arranging and booking inductions and/or training activities;
  • Ensuring that worker competencies are kept up to date;
  • Arranging and participating in recruitment activities and initiatives (e.g. recruitment opendays).
  • Good relationship development skills;
  • Driven & highly motivated;
  • Enthusiastic;
  • Committed;
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
  • Proactive & reactive to business needs;
  • Ability take lead on specific jobrelated assignments.
  • Ideally have construction experience and/or recruitment experience (Although not a requirement)
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs;
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills;
  • Strong record keeping skills;
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and/or to deadlines

Salary:
Dependant on experience/qualifications and hours of work.
