    The role:

    • Flexible working hours (ideally full-time, but we're open to discussion)
    • Pay between £12.21–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience
    • Negotiable commission

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
    • Proficiency in barbering techniques is an advantage.
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Experience in upselling products and services is desirable.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
