Salary:
£19,000 - £30,000 Plus Competitive Commission

More About The Role:


As a Sales Executive, you will be supported through your insurance qualification journey whilst continuing to develop your insurance sales skills.

You will be taught and supported in cross-selling other products we offer to customers, including our FinancialServices offerings which are delivered by a dedicated Financial Adviser


You will have a detailed personal development plan to ensure you are continuing to develop your skills and help achieve your potential.

This position will give you the opportunity to achieve your commercial licenses and undertake you CII qualifications.

You will become a valuable member of the team with exceptional product knowledge and excellence in customer service as a Sales Executive.


Skills and Requirements:


  • Someone with drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Be a confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Enjoy problem solving and work as part of small team with a positive cando attitude.
  • Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required.
  • Can manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent).
  • The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
