We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant with a desire to expand his/her knowledge of new technologies and business practices.
This assisstant will be responsible for overseeing a variety of marketing activities as well as creating and executing complex sales strategies.
As a Sales and Marketing Assisstant, you will work directly with the management staff to ensure your understanding of the marketing objectives are always aligned with our growth pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales pipeline through networking and prospecting.
- Create, design, develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Drive revenue via execution of the marketing plan based on the sales strategy and goals established by the company.
- Manage, lead, motivate new sales team members.
- Manage performance of sales team to ensure goals are met.
- Analyse data and manage the sales funnel, identify trends in new accounts won / lost.
- Manage, grow and market the company to foster continuous lead flow.
Salary:
£25,463.00-£27,044.00 per year
