Our client are a market leading firm who seek a corporate solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team due to planned growth within the firm

Our client seek a solicitor with solid corporate experience within M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, corporate governance and other general corporate law.

The firm's corporate department are highly experienced advising business owners and stakeholders oncorporate transactions, financing and refinancing and MBO's.
