We're currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent clinical skills and leadership and management qualities to join our team.


As well as carrying out the responsibilities of a Registered Nurse leading a shift, you will work collaboratively with the Registered Home Manager to ensure the efficient management of the home - From both a compliance and commercial perspective.


Your duties will include, but not be exclusive to;

  • Complete, maintain and review individualised Care Plans using their electronic care planning system.
  • Administration of prescribed medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and appropriate intervention in the management of chronic medical conditions and document the same in accordance with the Company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
  • Supporting the Home Manager to monitor care staff performance and, where required, delivery supervision and training.
  • Assist Home Manager to recruit and train new team members.
  • Support Home Manager with general running of the home and take responsibility of the running of the home in their absence.

Required skills:


  • Valid NMC registration
  • RGN/RMN qualification
  • Indepth knowledge and experience of working with individuals living with Dementia.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MCA, DoLs, Safeguarding and whistleblowing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including competency in the use of IT equipment and systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
