CAE Parc Aviation are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Fleet Coordinator to join a GSE client on a permanent contract.

The Fleet Coordinator provides vital telephone support to all GSE Customers from the 24/7 Support Centre and proactively manages fleet availability.

Ground Service Equipment is varied and includes equipment such as portable stairs, fuel and food trucks, towing tractors, aircraft tugs, man-lifts, forklifts, APU's and Company vehicles.

About the role This is a varied position where you will play a crucial part in the success of the company by offering excellent customer service to GSE customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving breakdowns, including recovery, manage customer feedback and where necessary provide solutions.

You will maintain and build key relationships with customers, technicians, Duty Manager, Operations Manager, Suppliers and Fleet support.

About you You have good organisational skills, and are customer orientated and possess an understanding of workshop procedures. Experience in the vehicle maintenance sector is at a Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role
Microsoft proficiency.

You will need to:

Be able to demonstrate your Right To Work in the UK.
