The School of Health and Life Sciences has the largest student body in the University, with a diverse breadth of courses across our Departments of Science, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions.


We are seeking a fabulous new team member for our team who look after our Records and Engagement student lifecycle within the School.

You will be responsible for supporting the assurance and management of standard University requirements of our records and engagement activity, along with supporting compliance for specific requirements related to the School's various Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies and our responsibilities for students on a Student Route visa.

The Records and Engagement Team also manages administration of specific needs for students on our Health courses such as Bursaries, Occupational Health screening and supply of uniforms.


You will have the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, students and external bodies (both verbally and in writing), ensuring a customer-focus in your work.

You will have recent work experience of a busy administrative office but don't worry if that's not from the Education Sector as there will be training to help.

You will need to work flexibly across our wider Team where required, actively and positively participating.

With an eye for attention to detail and an ability to plan, organise and manage your work effectively, working across a broad section of the Student Lifecycle, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Team.
