As Partnerships Success Specialist, you will be tasked with managing existing Perks' merchant partners, creating new partnerships and generating incremental commission revenue from these brands.

You will be responsible for identifying new brand targets and monetizing accounts by selling advertising placements. Developing and maintaining relationships with merchant partners is hugely important.

This is a remote role.


Responsibilities:


  • Strong initiative and drive to recruit new brands and sell advertising placements
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, including:
  • Development of new business leads
  • Prospect, negotiate and monetize new partnerships for our Perks platform
  • Negotiate commissions and advertising placement proposals
  • Manage existing Perks partners including day to day management
  • Create excellent relationships with affiliate networks, agencies and direct brands
  • Perks promotional planning, working closely with Perks team, marketing and customer success managers
  • Reporting and analysis of campaign results
  • Monitor competitor products, offers and weaknesses and present innovative ideas for growth
  • Develop your understanding of the Perks industry (b2b and b2c) and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive products
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to our partners through excellent relationship management
  • Minimum of 12 years business development experience
  • Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Evidence of campaign planning, stakeholder management and building relationships (internal/external)
  • Commercial strategic thinking with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly motivated and selfsufficient individual, who operates with considerable autonomy and discretion and acts with personal integrity at all times
  • University or college degree is preferred
