Care Home Manager - Castlemead Court Care Home, Newport Pagnell - Up to 70k

We have a super opportunity for a Registered Care Home Manager looking for their next challenge to manage our Castlemead Court Care Home in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes - currently rated 'GOOD' by CQC.

As the Care Home Manager at Castlemead Court you would be responsible for a beautiful 79 bedded home offering
long-term and respite care
including residential, nursing and end of life care.

If you are a Registered Manager ideally nurse qualified and have excellent business acumen, the passion to develop outstanding teams and ensure excellent quality care every day then we want to hear from you.

About You:

Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
Preferably a Registered Nurse
RGN, or Level 5/equivalent.
Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
Excellent organisations and planning skills.
Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of successful marketing
Control of budgets
