Description
Applicants would be expected to have:
- At least 3 years' experience in the field of supported living services for people with autism, learning disability, mental health and physical disability.
- Experience of organization management
- Working knowledge of related Health & Safety issues
- Experience of finance and budget management.
1. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:

Generally, to manage all operational aspects of the project maintaining all requirements for compliance and ensuring uncompromisingly high standards

To ensure the security, health and safety, general welfare and satisfaction of service user's placed at the project
:

To facilitate service user's positive engagement and enhance their quality of life and independence
:

To identify new innovations and areas of service improvement
:

To source and liaise with other services that will enhance the Organisation's growth
:
-
Maintain a good working relationship with new and existing Organisation's
business contacts
:

Ensure services provided to service users by the organisation's staff and volunteers, partner agencies and other services are of the highest quality
:

to be responsible for monitoring service delivery and improvements
:

Expanding the existing service through the acquisition of new properties
:

Advertise the Organisation's services to key contacts within the local authorities
:

Source new tenders and enhance existing contracts
:

Source new grant funding in order to sustain current provision
:

Ensuring the operational procedure stays within budget
:

Assist in the development of strategies and implementation of plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
:

Identify patterns and problem areas and implement effective solutions to resolve them and increase efficiency
:

Set goals to promote the Organisation's growth
:

Oversee daily operations of the team
:

Prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as necessary
:

Provide advice and guidance to other employees
:

Manage teams workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
:

Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
