_We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, confident, and passionate Supervisor to join our Central Convenience Store. _

Hours of work:20 hours per week

Your main responsibilities

Provide first class customer service
Present the store inline with the company brand standards guidelines
Promptly resolve or report all issues affecting the customer experience
Communicate positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to
Upsell and promote our company wide promotions
Provide training to new members of the team
Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am 10pm)
Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members

About You

Excellent communication skills
High personal and professional standards
Strong decisionmaking skills, and a sense of responsibility
The ability to effectively delegate tasks and activities
The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations professionally
The ability to manage a diverse range of activities to prioritise and multitask
Flexibility, as we trade 7 days a week
Petrol Forecourt knowledge would be ideal but not required
